Jonathan D. Brown, age 81, of Volga, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at Mountain Manor of Paintsville, Kentucky.

Jonathan was born March 5, 1941 in New Jersey, son of the late Bartlet Brown and Josephine Lawrence Brown. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Goldie Maxine Osborne Brown; one sister, Ernestine Osborne VanHoose.

He is survived by his brother, Bob Brown, of New Jersey; one brother-in-law, James O VanHoose.

Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. at Highland Memorial Park Thursday, March 17, 2022 with Denvil Mollett officiating.
