Joseph John Laskarin, age 70, of Martha, Kentucky, passed away January 30, 2025 at Boyd Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Joseph was born August 19, 1954 in Hammond, Indiana, son of the late Joseph Laskarin and Anna Rognone Laskarin. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Lee Phelps Laskarin on May 16, 2006 and daughter, Ann Marie Lessner on February 3, 2021.

He is survived by one son, Michael (Amanda) Laskarin of Griffith, Indiana; two sisters, Ann Vanover of Martha, Kentucky and Mary Gustafson of Tinley Park, Illinois; four grandchildren, Christina, Michael, Ashley, and Cody; and two great grandchildren, Ginevra and Freya.

There will be no local services and burial will be in the St. John Cemetery, Hammond, Indiana.
