Joseph Todd Witten, age 41, of Sitka, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020 in Lexington, Kentucky.

Joseph was born May 8, 1979 in Floyd County, KY, the son of Cletus Joe Witten and Dedra Blevins Witten of Sitka.

He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents, Dorris Franklin Blevins and Judith Ann Blevins Blair; his Paternal Grandparents, Thomas Jefferson (Jr.) Witten and Ruby Carol Witten.

In additional to his parents, Joseph is survived by his wife, Shellie Renee Preston Witten, three daughters, Emily Ann (Tyler) Kestner of Oil Springs, KY, Taylor Paige Witten of Paintsville, KY and Harley Cheyenne Witten of Sitka, KY, one sister, April Witten (Roger) Slone of Staffordsville, KY, and one Uncle, Todd (Karen) Blevins.  Joseph is also survived by two beautiful granddaughters Mallory Cait Kestner and Madilyn Annalise Kestner; one niece, Kenzie Slone and one nephew, Jacob Slone and a whole host of family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 31, 2020 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Aaron Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 29, 2020; 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, October, 30, 2020 and 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 31, 2020.
