Joyce Baldwin, age 94, of Staffordsville, Kentucky, passed away Monday, July 21, 2025 at Riverview Health Care, Prestonsburg, Kentucky.

Joyce was born March 23, 1931 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Paris Kimbler and Sophia McCloud Kimbler. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Ray Baldwin; two sons, Brian Baldwin and Paul Baldwin; three brothers, Bill Kimbler, Ray Kimbler, Roy Kimbler; and one sister, Judy Gilbert.

Joyce is survived by three sons, Terry Baldwin of Staffordsville, Kentucky, David Baldwin of Paintsville, Kentucky, and Dennis Baldwin of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; one daughter, Anita Baldwin of Belleville, Illinois; one sister, Ester Wiess of Nashville, Tennessee; and a host of grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 3, 2025 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in the Baldwin Cemetery (Cumbo Cemetery), West Van Lear, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 1, 2025, 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Saturday, August 2, 2025 and 12:00 Noon until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 3, 2025.
