Judy Ann Ratliff, age 67, of Flat Gap, Kentucky, passed away Monday, January 3, 2022 at Pikeville Medical Center.

Judy was born April 24, 1954 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Johnny J. Clark and Clotine Spears Clark. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Hollie Ratliff, one son, Steven Ratliff, one daughter, Joanna Ratliff, one brother, Bobby Clark, and one sister Geraldine Wright.

She is survived by three sons, Joey Ratliff of Red Jacket, West Virginia, Hollie Dwayne Ratliff of Blaine, Kentucky and Christopher Shawn Ratliff of Evansville, Illinois; one daughter, Lorena Moore of Red Bush, Kentucky; three brothers, Paul Douglas Clark of Flat Gap, Kentucky, David Allen Clark of Red Bush, Kentucky and John Roger Clark of Hager Hill, Kentucky; one sister, Rita Hitchcock of Hager Hill, Kentucky; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 Noon, January 9, 2022 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Keith Wells, Jamie Litteral, Frank Blevins and Greg Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Topsy Ratliff Cemetery, Denver, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 5, 2022 and 1:00 p.m. until time of service at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, January 6, 2022.
