Kanawha Long, age 92, of Marion, Indiana, formerly of Oil Springs, Kentucky, passed away Friday, April 26, 2024.

Kanawha was born October 15, 1931 in Oil Springs, Kentucky, son of the late Floyd and Alkia Watkins Long. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Mabel Curtis Long and a host of siblings.

He is survived by one brother, Toby Long, one sister, Elizabeth Hack and a host of extended family and friends.

Graveside services will be conducted 12:00 Noon Monday, May 6, 2024 at Hansford-Blanton Cemetery, Win Road, Oil Springs, Kentucky. There will be no visitation prior to Graveside service.
