Keith Caudill, age 64, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Kings Daughter's Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky.

Keith was born July 17, 1957 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Harry Winston Caudill and Opal Frances Music Caudill.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Caudill; one daughter, Keisha Ann Stevens and husband Kevin of Ashland, Kentucky; one son, Steven Patrick Keith Caudill of Nippa, Kentucky; three sisters, Shirley Webb of Lexington, Kentucky, Peggy Conley of Stambaugh, Kentucky and Kathy MacKenzie of Chesterton, Indiana; and three grandchildren, Jonathan Tylar Stambaugh, James Elleck Keith Stamper and Beau Murphy Caudill.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 14, 2022 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with DaJay Hicks and Jim McKenzie officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 13, 2022 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service of service at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 14, 2022.
