Kenneth "Ken" Music, age 64, of Meally, Kentucky, passed away Monday, June 1, 2020 at Paul B. Hall Medical Center, Paintsville, Kentucky.

Kenneth was born December 3, 1955 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late John D. Music and Vernie Lee Belcher Music. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Marlin "Big" Music and four sisters, Judy Stone, Joyce King, Connie Clark, and Carrie Tavoletti.

He is survived by his wife, Rita King Music; two sons, John Edmand (Christal) Music of Winchester, Kentucky and Kenneth Lee (Jennifer) Music of Stambaugh, Kentucky; two brothers, John D. Music, Jr of Michigan and Larry Music of Flat Gap, Kentucky; one sister, Linda Sue McCarty of Flat Gap, Kentucky; nine grandchildren, Courtney, Kandace, Kassidy, Harley, Christopher, Austin, Emalee, Natalie, and Brenlynne; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday, June 4, 2020 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Eulas Adams officiating.  Burial will follow in the Blanton Branch Cemetery, Blanton Branch Road, Oil Springs, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Wednesday, June 3, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Thursday, June 4, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m.
