Libby Ann Tackett Foley, age 75, of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away Monday, June 28, 2021 at Highlands ARH, Prestonsburg, Kentucky.

Libby was born November 18, 1945 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Jesse James Tackett and Maude Litteral Tackett.

She is survived by her husband, James Emanuel Foley; one son, Ricky Campbell of Sitka, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Jason, Tonya, Samantha; four great grandchildren, Candice, Chanel, Jordan, and Jamison; and one sister, Estelle Reed of Louisa, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 2, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Denvil Mollette officiating. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 30, 2021, 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 1, 2021 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 2, 2021.
