Lillian was born August 14, 1938 in Magoffin County, Kentucky, daughter of the late, Clay Arnett and Maudie May Arnett Flint. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband, Everly Wheeler, her brothers, Sidney, Morris, Ray, and Jerry Arnett and sister, Sally Marie Arnett Wireman.

She taught school for 36 years, taught at Mayo Vocational School for several years and was Pride coordinator for 20 years working for Judge Executive Tucker Daniel. She was active in Kiwanis for many years. She was active in the community and was always involved in a variety of projects. In her "spare" time she enjoyed cross stitch making beautiful tree ornaments by hand and reading.
She is also survived by two very special ladies who took care of her for over three years of more. We are thankful for them. They are wonderful; Joyce Prater and Kim Bain.
Also, a very special thank you for our niece, Arrena Murphy and her husband Shawn who moved here from Florida to help take care of her. Our family is grateful for them. She also has a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
