Linda J. Baldwin, age 73, of Ashland, KY, formerly of Hager Hill, KY, passed away Tuesday afternoon, October 21, 2025, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland.

Linda was born on June 7, 1952, in Paintsville, KY, to the late William and Sarah Dixon Baldwin.

She is survived by one son, Jesse McCarty of Hager Hill, KY; one brother, Charles Michael Baldwin of Ashland, KY; two grandchildren, Isabella McCarty and Ethan McCarty; one great-grandson, Kyler Slone; and a special niece and caregiver, Sheila Workman of Ashland, KY.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Sunday, October 26, 2025, in the chapel of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home with Jim McKenzie officiating. Burial will follow in the McCarty Family Cemetery at Hager Hill. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. and on Sunday, October 26, 2025, from 12 Noon until the time of funeral services at 2 P.M.
