Luann Daniel, age 57, of River, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, in Prestonsburg.

She was born on November 11, 1968, in Dayton, Ohio, to the late Jay Millard Daniel and Sandra Lee Daniel.

She is survived by her daughters: Jazzmine (Travis Bartlett) Daniel of Louisa, Kentucky, Harley Daniel of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, and Zandra Daniel of River, Kentucky; her brother, Jay Matthew Daniel of Flat Gap, Kentucky; and one grandson, Parker Taylor.

At the family's request, no services are scheduled at this time.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made in Luann's memory to the Jones-Preston Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
