Mabel Ratliff, age 82, of Pine Street, Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky.

Mabel was born September 24, 1938 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Martin Eldon Blair and Florence Trimble Blair.  She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Martin Ratliff. and one son Mike Ratliff.

She is survived by one son, Thomas Martin Ratliff Jr., and two daughters, Sandra Ratliff and Pansy Ratliff.
