Mary Phyllis Schaefer Omer, age 94, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center.

Mary was born June 19, 1926 in Jefferson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late John Phillip and Ermagarg Kneblecamp Schaefer. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Allen Omer and one sister, Janet Schaefer.

She is survived by two sons, Reed (Linda) Omer of Swamp Branch, Kentucky and John (Kathy) Omer of Oregon; one daughter, Ann (Steve) Raisor of Bedford, Kentucky; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held at a later date.
