Mike Music, age 76, of Nippa, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at his home.

Mike was born April 10, 1948 in Auxier, Kentucky, son of the late Theodore Rosevelt Music and Gladys Hayden Music. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Frank Music.

He is survived by his wife, Dana Tackett Music; son, James (Tonya) Music; step daughter, Jennifer Ramey and fiancé Tommy; brother, Keith Music; sisters, Linda (Ronnie) Curling, Betty Whitmore, and Kera Music; and two grandsons and two granddaughters.

Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 Noon Saturday, February 15, 2025 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Steve Richardson officiating. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 12:00 Noon.
