Nyoka Staniford Dawson, age 49, of  Paintsville, Kentucky,  passed away Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Hazard ARH Hospital, Hazard, Kentucky.

Nyoka was born October 27, 1973, in Johnson County, Kentucky, dauhhter of the late Hershel Boggs and Glenda Boggs . In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one sister, Anna Hall.

She is survived by her companion, Jerry Ratliff of Paintsville, Kentucky; one sister, Hope Ward of Paintsville, Kentucky; and three nieces.

Per her request, there will be no service at this time.
