Opal Francis Caudill, age 92, of Stambaugh, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2021 at King's Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Kentucky.

Opal was born November 2, 1928 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Roy and Nancy Moore Music. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Harry Winston Caudill.

She is survived by one son, Keith Winston Caudill of Nippa, Kentucky; three daughters, Peggy Conley of Stambaugh, Kentucky, Shirley Webb of Lexington, Kentucky and Kathy MacKenzie of Chesterton, Indiana; two brothers, Ed Music of Columbus, Ohio and Clarence Music of Staffordsville, Kentucky; one sister, Gwen Salyers of Columbus, Ohio; four grandchildren, Keisha Stevens, Steven Caudill, William Russell Henry and Timothy Winston Henry; and four great grandchildren, Jeffrey Scott Henry, Jonathan Tyler Stambaugh, James Elleck Keith Stamper, and Beau Murphy Caudill.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 28, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Jim McKenzie and Jimmy VanHoose officiating. Burial at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, February 27, 2021 and 12:00 Noon until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 28, 2021.
