Paul Damain Dwight Blair, age 13, of Nippa, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, October 2, 2022 at the Nationwide Children's Hospital, Columbus, Ohio.

Paul was born December 8, 2008 in Floyd County, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his biological mother Paula Nicole Branham.

He is the son of Karen and Paul Branham; one brother, Wesley Witten of Paintsville, Kentucky; maternal grandmother, Beatriz Escalante' of San Diego, California; one aunt, Kelly Branham of San Diego, California; Nannie-Garnet Young of  Wittensville, Kentucky; special uncle, Craig Young, of  Wittensville, Kentucky; and host of cousin, extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 8, 2022 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with James Kelly Caudill officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Gardens, Louisa, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 7, 2022 and 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 8, 2022.
