Paul David "Dave" McKenzie, age 60, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, April 8, 2023 at his home.

Paul was born February 20, 1963 in Boyd County, Kentucky, son of the late Paul Richard "Mickey" McKenzie and Frances "Frankie" VanHoose McKenzie.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Barber McKenzie; two sisters, Virginia Goff and Deborah Burke both of West Virginia; aunt, Louise Underwood of Paintsville, Kentucky; step-mother, Ora Lee McKenzie of Paintsville, Kentucky; and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2023 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with James Phelps officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 11, 2023.
