Paul Everett (Bubby) Grayson, age 70, of Louisa, Kentucky, passed away Monday, October 20, 2025, at the Highlands ARH Regional Medical Center.

He was born January 1, 1955, in Louisa, Kentucky, to the late Everett Levi and Willa Faye Preston Grayson.

He is survived by one sister: Monie Aline (Edgar Ray) McKinley of Louisa, Kentucky; three nephews: Isaac (Regina) Ham of Fort Gay, West Virginia, Charles (Crystal) Ham of Louisa, Kentucky, Christopher McKinley of Lucasville, Ohio, one niece: Patricia Burton of Lucasville, Ohio; three great-nephews: Matthew (Leanne) Ham of Dunlow, West Virginia, Levi Ham of Fort Gay, West Virginia, Jacob Ham of Fort Gay, West Virginia; and one great-niece: Zeralyn Ham of Louisa, Kentucky.

Paul was a devoted member of Belle's Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, where he faithfully attended services alongside his parents and sister. He was surrounded by a large circle of friends and family with whom he shared many cherished activities, including camping, church gatherings, and quality time together. Paul especially enjoyed watching cartoons and Batman movies with his nephew. He was known for his kind heart and deep love for those around him.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 23, 2025, at Belle's Chapel Free Will Baptist Church, with Jimmy Bevins officiating. Burial will follow at the Grayson Family Cemetery at Spaulding Branch in Louisa, Kentucky. Friends may visit the church on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 6:00 pm. until 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m.
