Philip Brian Palmer, 52, of Piketon, Ohio, passed 2:38 a.m. Saturday, March 26, 2022 at SOMC Hospice Center, Portsmouth, Ohio.

Philip was born June 11, 1969, in Wabash, Indiana, the son of the late Clyde Kirk Palmer and Wanda Lee (Craft) Palmer Delong. On August 16, 2020, he was united in marriage to Mary Ellen (Dollarhide) Palmer, who survives.

Also surviving are two sons, Philip Brian Palmer II and Oliver Palmer both of Indianapolis, Indiana; two daughters, Tiffany Palmer of Flat Gap, Kentucky, and Madison Reed of Paintsville, Kentucky, and five siblings, Ed (Kim) Palmer, Kevin (Rose) Palmer, Tim Palmer, April Palmer, and Brandy Shofner.
