Rebecca "Becky" Lyons Kretzer, age 65, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Monday, June 24, 2024 at Mt. Manor of Paintsville.

Rebecca was born June 9, 1959 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the Rev. Bob Eugene Lyons and Earlene Gillespie Lyons.

She is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Adalene Kretzer (Ryan) McCarty of Thelma, Kentucky and Stacey Jordan Kretzer of Paintsville, Kentucky; one brother, Robert Lyons of Georgetown, Kentucky; and three grandchildren Skylar, Brittany and Jase McCarty.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 29, 2024 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Jim McKenzie officiating. Burial will be at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, 12:00 Noon until 8:00 p.m. Friday, and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Saturday.
