Rebecca Nicole Pack, age 44 of Hager Hill, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, December 12, 2021 at University of Kentucky.

Rebecca was born February 28, 1977 in Boyd County, Kentucky, daughter of Nick Pack and the late Anne Lewis.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Anne Lewis.

She is survived by her life partner, Billy Evans, two sons, Nicholas Alexander Pack and Aiden Noel Pack, and one sister, Brandy McDaniel; one uncle Paul Roger Pack; two aunt's Lisa Lewis Conley and Terry Lewis.

A Memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 15, 2022 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel.
