Richard Harold Nolan, age 74, of Whitehouse, Kentucky, formerly of Washington State, passed away September 13, 2021 at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center.

Richard was born July 28, 1947 in Prineville, Oregon, son of the late Leonard Nolan, Jr. and Dolores Spangler Nolan.

He is survived by two daughters, Sunshine Perry of Pasco, Washington and Angela Coleman of Kennewick, Washington.

Burial will be at Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, Washington.
