Robert "Duck" Douglas Wells , age 55, of Rocky Hill Road, Staffordsville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at his residence.

Robert was born January 29, 1966 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of Dixie Bowling Wells and the late Samuel Lewis Wells.  In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by one brother, Samuel L. Wells.

He is survived by his wife Ann Cantrell Wells, two sons, Zack Wells (Jayda) of Flat Gap, Kentucky, Chris Wells (Shyanne) of Staffordsville, Kentucky; one brother, Jefferson Wells (Missy) of Nippa, Kentucky; two sisters, Margie Fitch (Ray) of East Point, Kentucky, Laura Hamilton (Danny) and three grandchildren, Addison Marie Wells, Mason Lewis James Wells, and Jayleigh Ann Taylor Wells.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday, September 23, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Harry Neal Frisby officiating.  Burial will follow at Wells Family Cemetery, East Point, Kentucky.  Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 22, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Thursday, September 23, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m.
