Ronald David Castle, age 67, of Wallingford, Kentucky formerly of Johnson County, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2022 at Fleming County Hospital.

Ronald  was born April 20, 1955 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Ernest Buell Castle and Iva Jean Arms Castle. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Rhonda Fleming Rice Castle; two brothers, Lee Roy Salyers and William Franklin Castle .

He is survived by one daughter, Melessa Robinson of Johnson County, KY; three brothers, Ralph Castle and wife Dana of Paintsville, KY, Glenn Castle and wife Garnet of Martin County, KY and Randy Castle and wife Jennifer of Georgetown, KY; four sisters, Kathleen Wheeler of Flemingsburg, KY, Patricia Reeves of Wallingford, KY, Wanda Tackett of Lexington and Edith Hill and Husband Gary of Georgetown, KY; one grandchild, Schon Bays.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 18, 2022 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Hedgel Golden officiating. Burial will follow at Lee Roy Salyers Cemetery, Thealka, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, December 17, 2022 and 12:00 noon until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 18, 2022.
