Ronald Paul Dean, age 72, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Monday, February 24, 2025 at his home.

Ronald was born August 9, 1952, in Bowling Green, Ohio, son of the late Elmer Willard Dean and Nina Deloris Walters Dean. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one grandson, Michael Enright, sister Patricia Ritter, brother Allen Dean, and four great-grandchildren.

He is survived by one son, Brian Michael Dean of Stambaugh, Kentucky; two daughters, Jessica Myers of Paintsville, Kentucky and Jenny Merritt of Toledo, Ohio; seven brothers, Jerry (Jeanie) Dean, Timothy (Tammy) Dean, Randy Dean, Roger Dean,  Robert (Rose) Dean, Tommy (Cathy) Dean, and Michael Dean; two sisters, Linda Bowman and Suzanne Thomason; ten grandchildren, Courtney Dean, Anthony Dean, Quentin Fugitt, Casey Fugitt, Alexia Myers, Dakota Myers, Izzabella Dean, Veronica Meritt and Sierra Merritt; and twenty-five great-grandchildren.

Per his request, there will be no public services at this time.
