Roy Douglas Blair, age 68, of Denver, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2024  at his home.

Roy was born December 24, 1955 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Leroy Blair and Dixie Ray Ratliff Blair. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Danny Ray Blair; one great-nephew, Kenton Randall Gage LeMaster.

He is survived by his sister-in-law, Angela Hicks Blair; special Niece, Jessica Hope Blair; Niece and Caretaker, Brittany Shandell Hicks Lowe and her husband Richard Lowe of Hager Hill, Kentucky; three great-nieces, Madison Rena Lowe, Anisa Kaylie Jade Hurt and Kimberly "Kay" Lowe; two great-nephews Callen Birchel Isaac Hurt and Richard Allen "Gordy" Lowe Jr.; A host of cousins and other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00  p.m. Sunday, February 4, 2024 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with  burial to follow at Topsy Ratliff Cemetery, Denver, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Saturday, February 3, 2024 from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m. and February 4, 2024 from 12:00 noon until time of service at 2:00 p.m.
