Ruth Ann Blair Conley, age 83, of Oil Springs, Kentucky, passed away Friday, July 5, 2024 surrounded by her family.

Ruth was born May 10, 1941 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Homer Blair and Pearlie Crace Blair. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Nevon C. Conley, siblings, Homer Junior, James Harold Blair, Melvin Blair, Ernest Blair, Albert Lewis Blair, Lily Maire Blair, Vivian Tackett, Lillian Conley, and Lovella Baldwin.

Ruth is survived by one son, John Riker (Valera Ann) Conley of Croton, Ohio; two daughters, Tamera Renee (Randy) Haney and Kimberly Rose (Paul) Wooton all of Oil Springs, Kentucky; two sisters, Josephine Conley of Carey, Ohio and Carolyn Sue Hogan of Upper Sandusky, Ohio; five grandchildren, Amanda (Nathan) Voss, Danielle (Adam) Lyons, Aaron (Tessie) Haney, Kurstin (Jacob) Salyers, and Seth Wooton; and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 8, 2024 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Jim McKenzie and Randy Haney officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, July 6, 2024, 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday, July 7, 2024 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 8, 2024.
