Ruthie Marie Spears Tackett, age 44, of Kimper, Kentucky formerly of Paintsville,  passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at Paintsville ARH.

Ruthie was born November 11, 1978, in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Roy Tackett and Versie Castle Tackett. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one sister, Faye Tackett.

She is survived by two sons, Joe Jackson and Carl Perkins both of Paintsville, Kentucky; one daughter, Becky Tackett of Pikeville, Kentucky; one brother Troy Tackett of Paintsville, Kentucky; and a host of grandchildren.

Per her request, there will be no service at this time.
