Sandra Sue Baldwin Blanton, age 63, of Oil Springs, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the UK King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY.

She was born on September 10, 1962, in Paintsville, KY, to the late Lee Eldon and Dessie Faye Barker Baldwin. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by three brothers: Ernest, Randy, and Charlie Baldwin, along with one sister, Melissa Blanton.

She is survived by one son: Kyle Bradley Blanton of Clyde, TX; one daughter: Joanna Aikman of Oil Springs, KY; three sisters: Denita Baldwin of Oil Springs, KY, Terrecia Baldwin of Paintsville, KY, Lecia Baldwin of Oil Springs, KY; four grandchildren: Halie, Emilee "Danny", Lincoln, and Jenna, along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Sandra was a devoted caregiver. She loved children and had a true servant's heart.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Saturday, November 15, 2025, in the chapel of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home with Ronnie Spriggs officiating. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Friday, November 14, 2025, from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. and on Saturday from 12 Noon until the time of services at 2 P.M.
