Shirley Ann Ratliff Blanton, age 67, of Staffordsville, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, July 22, 2021 at Highlands ARH.

Shirley was born January 25, 1954 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Freddie and Pina McKenzie Ratliff. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, David Blanton, two brothers, James Ernest Ratliff and John Frank Ratliff and four sisters, Betty Carol Frisby, Juanita Faye Williams, Doris E. Haney, and Mary M. Ratliff.

She is survived by one brother, Paul Rex Ratliff of Staffordsville, Kentucky; special great niece, Savannah Ratliff and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 24, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Tobe Wheeler officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Friday, July 23, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, July 24, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m.
