Sylvia Ann Ross, age 60, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Paintsville ARH.

Sylvia was born July 13, 1961 in Decatur, Illinois, daughter of the late Frank Ross and Bertena Moore Ross.

She is survived by two daughters, Nicole Horn and Amber Terry both of Paintsville, Kentucky; two sons, Shannin Ross of Meally, Kentucky and Dwayne Music of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; one brother, Frank Ross of Inez, Kentucky; nine grandchildren, Austin Ross, Caitlynn Mills, Tyler Ross, Christian Horn, Andrea Ross, Logan Ross, Noah Terry, Jaiden Terry, and Olivia Terry; three great grandchildren, Grayson Mills, Aiden Ross and Cayden Mills.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Willis Blair officiating. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery, Flat Gap, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday, December 26, 2021, 12:00 Noon until 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 27, 2021 and 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2021.
