Talmadge Gale "TC" Cantrell, age 69, of Red Bush, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022 at his home.

TC was born October 6, 1952 in Morgan County, Kentucky, son of the late John Arnett Cantrell and Dixie Williams Cantrell. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his mother and father-in-law, Delsie and "Jake" Delos King; two brothers, Terry Cantrell and Bill Cantrell; and one brother-in-law, Fred Wright.

He is survived by his wife, Norma King Cantrell; two sons, Brent (Jennifer Preston) Cantrell of Paintsville, Kentucky and Talmadge Cameron (Amanda) Cantrell of Red Bush, Kentucky; one daughter, Crystal Danielle Cantrell of Red Bush, Kentucky; three sisters, Donna Wright of Medway, Ohio, Ludella LaFever Cantrell of Chesterton, Indiana and Gwana (Phillip) Snell of Medway, Ohio; four brothers, Larry (Margie) Cantrell, Gary (Delaine) Cantrell, Johnny (Beverly) Cantrell, Travis (Patsy) Cantrell all of Morgan County, Kentucky; three granddaughters, Ashley (Todd) Lewis of Flat Gap, Kentucky, MaKinley Cantrell and Whitley Cantrell both of Thelma, Kentucky; two grandson, Tanner Clay Cantrell of Red Bush, Kentucky and Brodie Charles of Thelma, Kentucky; and one step grandson, Gunnar (Emily) Preston of Morehead, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 26, 2022 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Roy Collett, Tim Porter and Tim Salyer officiating. Burial will follow in the Cantrell Family Cemetery, Red Bush, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 12:00 Noon until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, June 25, 2022 and 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 26, 2022.
