Tammy Ann Burchett, age 65, of Stambaugh, passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at UK King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland.

She was born on September 27, 1960, in Paintsville to the late Buddy Osborne and Anna Kay Osborne Webb. She is also preceded in death by one sister, Garnett Marie Webb, and three brothers, Hershell Tackett, William Webb, and Buddy Ray Osborne.

Survivors include her husband, Gary Burchett of Stambaugh; two sons, Gary (Jessica) Burchett of Stambaugh, Jesse Burchett of Stambaugh; three brothers: Reese Tackett of Van Lear, Jimmy Robinette of Salyersville, John (Robin) Osborne of West Van Lear; four sisters: Darlene Mollette of Prestonsburg, Anna Hunt of Harold, Ethel Jean Estep of Ohio, Kathy Webb of Floyd County; four grandchildren: Haylee, Alex, Seth, Josie; and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 12 P.M. Thursday, September 17, 2026, in the chapel of the Jones-Preston Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Burchett Family Cemetery at Stambaugh. Friends may visit at the Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 5 P.M. to 8 P.M., and on Thursday from 10 A.M. until the funeral service at 12 P.M.
