Thomas D. Frazier, age 73, of Staffordsville, Kentucky, went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 14, 2020 at Northpoint Lexington Healthcare, Lexington, Kentucky.

Thomas was born March 26, 1947 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late James Z. and Addie Tackett Frazier. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one daughter, Amanda Jill Frazier and three brothers, James H. Frazier, William J. Frazier and Samuel F. Frazier.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Donna K. Fraley Frazier whom he married on August 31, 1983; one son, Matthew C. (Rebekah) Frazier of Savannah, Georgia; Jennifer (Greg) Burke of Lexington, Kentucky, Amy Beth (Dwight) Bowers of Louisa, Kentucky and Carrie Thomas (Kathy) Frazier of Morehead, Kentucky; one brother, Beecher (Judy) Frazier of Staffordsville, Kentucky; thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 17, 2020 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Dr. Terry Music officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeview Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2020 and 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 17, 2020.
