Thomas Ray White, 75, of Van Lear, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 25, 2025, at Highlands ARH, surrounded by his loved ones.

Born on July 16, 1949, in Charleston, West Virginia, Thomas was the beloved son of the late Lester T. "Bud" White and Lahoma Quesinberry White. He was preceded in death by his son, Christian White, and his brother, Danny White.

A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Thomas leaves behind a legacy of love and strength. He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Rae Lewis White, and his children: Brad Thomas White (Jess) and Todd Christenson White, both of Knoxville, Tennessee; Cameron Ray White of Powell Addition, West Van Lear, Kentucky; and Charles Joseph Wells of Van Lear, Kentucky. He also leaves behind his daughters, Kimberly Dawn (Marlin) Herolaga of Seattle, Washington and Kenzie Rheanna Wells of Lexington, Kentucky.

Thomas was a proud grandfather to seven grandchildren: Liam, Ryder, Cash, Kenley, Lincoln, Ivy, and Oakley, who brought endless joy to his life. He is also survived by his brothers, Michael White and Terry White, both of West Virginia; three nephews, Glen White, Ian White, and Terry White; and one niece, Lisa Shannon.

Thomas had a lifelong passion for baseball and was a devoted fan of the Cincinnati Reds. Whether cheering from the stands or watching from his favorite chair, he rarely missed a game. His love for the team was only matched by the love he had for his family, and he never missed an opportunity to share his enthusiasm for the sport with those around him.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate Thomas's life on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Auxier Free Will Baptist Church.

Thomas will be remembered for his kindness, his unwavering love for his family, and the many cherished memories he created with those he held dear. His presence will be deeply missed, but his spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
