Visitation: 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday, July 31, 2021,  at Jones-Preston Funeral Home, and 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. at the Jenny's Creek United Baptist Church

Burial: Williams Family Cemetery, Oil Springs, Kentucky

Thomas "Tommy" Williams, age 80, of Green Valley Road, Staffordsville, Kentucky passed away Friday, July 30, 2021 at his home.

Thomas was born February 24, 1941 in Oil Springs, Kentucky, son of the late Thomas Jefferson Williams and Alice Lemaster Williams.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers, Larry Williams, Everett Williams and Arnold Williams; and four sisters, Venus Kibbey, Mary Agnes Airey, Georgene Brown and Carol Fairchild.

He is survived by his wife, Letha Nell Williams; one son, Rodney Williams and wife Donetta of Staffordsville, Kentucky; two sisters, Geraldine Davis and husband Charles of Stambaugh, Kentucky and Sally Davis and husband Carroll of Winchester, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Thomas Blake Williams and wife Becky of Beulaville, North Carolina, Shannon Brooke Williams and fiance Michael Osborne of London, Kentucky, and Mallory Williams and fiance Brandon Beddington of High Point, North Carolina; and one great grandson, Thomas Peyton Osborne.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Sunday, August 1, 2021 at the Jenny's Creek United Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Williams Family Cemetery, Oil Springs, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Saturday, July 31, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, August 1, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. at the Jenny's Creek United Baptist Church.
