It is with heavy hearts that our family share the passing of the our dear Too.  The loss we feel is deep and immeasurable, but so is our gratitude for the years we had with her.  Our family was blessed far more than we deserved.

Her love, wisdom, and unwavering presence have guided each of us throughout the years.  She was strong, sharp and principled. But above all, she was grace and kindness. She will be missed beyond words.

Together, she and Bob brought our family countless precious memories. We know they are slow dancing to Sinatra in Heaven.-Together, as it should be.

Virginia "Tooter" Adams Castle, age 83, of Thealka, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at her home.

Tooter was born August 2, 1941 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Garrett Adams and Lilly "Frozie" Sparks Adams.

She is survived by one son, Anthony M. "Tony" (Michelle) Castle; two grandchildren, Adam Michael Castle and Erin Nicole Castle; and one sister, Frances Jean "Whitey" Wagner.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Chuck Slone officiating. Entombment to follow at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday, June 8, 2025 and 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Monday, June 9, 2025.
