Vivian Hawkins Carroll, age 94, of Paintsville, Kentucky passed away Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Irvine Nursing and Rehab Center.

Vivian was born November 30, 1927 in Cleveland, Mississippi, daughter of the late William J. and Lela Givens Hawkins. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, W. J. "Chick" Carroll, one daughter, Becky Carroll Dausman; seven siblings and one son-in-law, Pat Kincaid.

She is survived by one son, Chuck Carroll (Jamie) of Irvine, Kentucky; one daughter, Linda Carroll Kincaid of Danville, Kentucky; seven grandchildren, Patton Kincaid (Rebecca), Susan Powell (Jay), Brian Dausman (Dawn), Emily Austin (Nick), Beth Martin (Scott), Becky Blanton (Michael) and Martha Hudson (Jason); and sixteen great grandchildren, Patton V., Ella, Caroline, Callie, Claire, Amelia, Tallulah, Jessie, Natalie, Annalise, Owen, Rex, Alex, Ben, Brooks and Grant.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 23, 2022 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Seth Carter officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 22, 2022  and 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 23, 2022.
