Wallace Fraley, age 62, of Van Lear, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at Highlands ARH.

Wallace was born October 14, 1963 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Hentison Fraley and Christine Pack Fraley. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Kathy Tackett, Grover Fraley, Jewell Wallace, and Nancy Fraley.

Wallace is survived by his wife, Connie Baker Fraley; one daughter, Charli (Justin Blanton) Howard of Paintsville, Kentucky; step-daughter, Tiffany (Jay) Adams of Hyden, Kentucky; two step-sons, Steven (Katie) Davidson of London, Kentucky and Zackary Goodwin of Paintsville, Kentucky; two brothers, Johnny (Sandra) Fraley of Macon, Georgia and Chris Fraley of Bloomington, Indiana; one sister, Connie Hand of Hastings, Michigan; nine grandchildren, Landon Howard, Elyza Howard, Pyper Williams, Danny Blanton, Caden Shepherd, Noah Adams, Hayliegh Adams, Mason Davidson, and Shelby Daivdson.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 28, 2026 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Ronnie Spriggs officiating. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Saturday, March 28, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m.
