Wallie Eugene Pack, age 79, of East Point, Kentucky, passed away Friday, October 15, 2021 at his home.

Wallie was born March 14, 1942 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Walter and Marie Rice Pack. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Vernon Pack and Calvin Pack, and one sister, Myrtle VanHoose.

He survived by his wife, of 56 years, Patricia Ann Hyden Pack; four sisters, Joann Trimble of Paintsville, Kentucky, Faye Quillen of Ohio, Billy (Harold) Hyden of Tennessee and Sue Abney of Collista, Kentucky; his special nieces and nephews, he was better known as "Uncle Bud", Robert (Lois) Barker of East Point, Kentucky, Terri (Morgan) McMullin of East Point, Kentucky, Brian (Lindsay) Hyden of Nitro, West Virginia and Jeremy (Dr. Robin) Hyden of Denver, Kentucky; great nephews, Ryan (Casey) Barker, Matthew Barker, and great niece, Ashley (Mark) Williamson; special grandson, Skylar Barker of East Point, Kentucky; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends who he loved with all his heart.

Wallie was a proud veteran and served in the United States Army and was baptized September 15, 2015 at East Point Church of Christ.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 21, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Lakeview Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 20, 2021 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 21, 2021.
