Wanda Howard DeBoard, age 79, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at Paintsville ARH.

Wanda was born May 24, 1944 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Lee Howard, Jr. and Racine Wells Howard.

She is survived by one son, Kenny (Jessica) DeBoard, Jr. of Van Lear, Kentucky; one daughter, Connie Raye (Keith) Horn of Thealka, Kentucky; one sister, Kimberly Howard of Paintsville, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Roger (Alisha) Horn, Derek (Ivy) Horn, Nathan Horn, Kellie Ann Horn, and Paige DeBoard; and three great grandchildren, Braxton, Tayleen, Aaron.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2024 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Larry Blair officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Cemetery , Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 25, 2024 and 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2024.
