Memorial Service: At a later date

William "Billy" Edward Kiger, age 58, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at his home.

Billy was born January 7, 1963 in Green County, Pennsylvania, son of the late Floyd Wayne and Lavonne Steenburg Kiger.

He is survived by wife Kimberly Kiger; two sisters, Sonja Castle of Sitka, Kentucky and Shelia Castle of Paintsville, Kentucky.

Memorial service will be held at a later date.
