William "Bill" Henry Mullins II, age 78, of Keaton, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, June 11, 2023 at his home.

Bill was born February 16, 1945 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Mort Mullins and Beulah Nickell Mullins.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Wanda June Jones Mullins and two sisters, Virginia Barrett and Eva Lee Boggs.

He is survived by one son, William H. "Billy" Mullins III (Patricia) of Keaton, Kentucky and two sisters, Delores "Dodie" Dorton and Elizabeth Mullins Conley both of West Union, Ohio.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2023 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow in the Rose Mullins Cemetery, Keaton, Kentucky.  Friends may visit Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Friday, June 16, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m.
