Zachary Austin Blair, age 37, of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at his home.

Zach was born December 4, 1987 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of Lecia Baldwin of Oil Springs, Kentucky and James Clinton (Peggy) Blair of Wellington, Kentucky.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by five sons, Jacob Trimble of West Virginia, Noah Ratliff, Gavin Blair, Odyn Blair, and Lyjah Blair all of Paintsville, Kentucky; two daughters, Melissa Maelee Blair and Esmae Blair both of Paintsville, Kentucky; two brothers, Ethan Hall of Paintsville, Kentucky and Clinton Tyler Blair of Wellington, Kentucky; and two sisters, Angelecia Baldwin Paintsville, Kentucky and Kandra Johnson of Wellington, Kentucky.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Monday, May 5, 2025 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in the Baldwin Cemetery, Oil Springs, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Sunday, May 4, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Monday, May 5, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m.
