Blake Andrew Case, age 7, of Lowmansville, KY passed away Sunday, July 3 ^rd , 2016 at Paul B. Hall Medical Center. He is survived by his parents, James and Amanda Honeycutt Case; one sister, Madison Case and one brother, Ethan Case all of Lowmansville, KY; his maternal grandmother, Patricia Ferguson and his paternal grandmother, Donna Case. Blake was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Marvin Honeycutt and his paternal grandfather James Andy Case.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 7 ^th , 2016 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Joseph Hall officiating. Burial will follow at the Sam Sites Cemetery, Boonscamp, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July, 6 ^th , 2016 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 7 ^th , 2016.
